What We Expect
DekTek Tile takes pride in providing the highest quality product to our customers. We expect nothing less from our contractors. We expect to maintain our excellent reputation for high quality workmanship as time goes on. This requires your best work.
- You will need to provide a state contractor's license (where applicable) and proof of current general liability insurance to state-required levels.
- Communication is critical. We realize the importance of keeping the lines of communication open for a successful working relationship. We respect your time and know it's valuable.
- Any leads or referrals given to you from DekTek Tile must exclusively be offered DekTek Tile decking products. No other decking products can be offered, unless the homeowner specifically requests an accent deck or inset in another type of decking material. Leads will be followed up on by DekTek Tile representatives.
- It is important to show DekTek Tile samples to potential customers, so they can see the tiles, feel the textures, and select their color option. This makes the sales and ordering process much easier.
- We recommend the DekTek Tile PRO Sample Pack is purchased to get you started offering the beautiful tiles as an option to your customers. The PRO Pack includes the following items:
- 1 Full Size Sample Tile (16" x 16" x 1")
- 18 Mini Samples (6" x 6" x 7/8") Includes all 12 color options.

The upfront cost to contractors is $155.00. When you order your first DekTek Tile deck, we will credit you the full amount toward your purchase. (250 sq. ft. minimum order required)
If you choose to forgo the PRO Sample Pack initially, we will mail you 2 FREE mini samples to help get you started. Then, once you place your first DekTek Tile deck order with us, we'll ship you a FREE PRO Sample Pack!
*Contractors that purchase the DekTek PRO Sample Pack are at a real advantage for having samples as potential customers do not want to pay for samples and will be more likely to choose contractors that have them. It is not required but highly recommended. DekTek PRO's that have the PRO Sample Pack will be indicated on the website as having samples to display to their customers.*

- Get certified and become the DekTek PRO expert in your area by viewing our DekTek Tile installation videos and passing our online installation test.
- Build with DekTek Tile Decking Products on projects that use DekTek Tile decking materials (elevated decks, roof-decks, porches, concrete slabs, fire-pits, outdoor kitchens).
