Does DekTek Tile just get laid on the joists or do they get bonded down?

DekTek’s concrete tile needs to be installed using a construction adhesive like Liquid Nails Polyurethane Adhesive. The main reason an adhesive is necessary is to bed the tile so they won’t rock when walked on, otherwise it could be gravity laid.
